The most common cause of this is that the incorrect details have been entered. Here are a few things you could check:
- There are two different sets of usernames and passwords. You first need to login using your FooSales account details which you would have created when signing up for FooSales. You then need to connect the app to your store using your WordPress username and password.

- Please ensure that your website URL is 100% correct, this includes the use of http: or https: with any trailing slashes.
Once you’ve confirmed that all of the above is correct, it could be that the FooSales app is being blocked from connecting to your website. This could be due to a security plugin or your website hosting company blocking access. Please ask your hosting company to advise if the IP address of your device has been blocked from accessing the site. If you experience further difficulty, please contact FooSales Technical Support.
