Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, completely! Order information is sent to either the Square POS app or Stripe Reader at checkout, and once the payment is completed successfully, the customer is returned to the FooSales POS app where the order is automatically completed. Stripe and Square do all the heavy lifting so you don’t need to worry about privacy or security.
Depending on your needs, the FooSales Square Payments add-on or FooSales Stripe Payments add-on are required which are available as an optional extra when purchasing a Single or Multiple Domain plan. They are also available separately if you would like to add them at a later stage.
FooSales POS integrates with the standard WooCommerce coupons functionality. When completing an order, coupons can be applied to the order which will result in the cart being adjusted by the coupon amount (Note: Requires an active internet connection).
When processing an order at checkout, you can select an existing online customer or create a new customer. One of the many benefits of using FooSales WooCommerce POS is that it seamlessly bridges your online and in-person customer data.
